One of my favourite times to shoot the Canadian Rockies is during the winter. It’s all about ‘fire and ice’ and getting those stunning shots of partially frozen lakes. It’s also the best time to avoid the tour bus frenzy as most winter visitors are there only for the winter sports.
Would you like to take your landscape photography to the next level while standing in front of the most impressive vistas this world has to offer? Where better to hone your photography skills than the Canadian Rockies?
If you have a passion for ethereal landscapes, the Isle of Skye boasts some of the most mysterious and magical places you’re ever likely to see. Rich in history and culture, the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highland will capture your heart like no other place on earth. Join my 7 day Scotland Photography Workshop in October 2017 and I’ll share with you my favourite shooting locations.
Want to learn about outdoor photography in your own private class? If you prefer the idea of one-to-one tuition, we can make that happen. Choose either half day or full day sessions with your instructor Gavin Hardcastle. We’ll go out on location to shoot some of my favourite locations here on Vancouver Island.
