Deposits and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. International workshops such as the Faroe Islands and Scotland require Fototripper to pay up front deposits for accommodation and vehicle rentals. Fototripper also incurs the cost of your instructor traveling to the country where the workshop is to commence. These costs are incurred by Fototripper at the time you make the decision to book and cannot be returned.

If you have to cancel for any reason, you can still use your deposit for any future workshops, private sessions or even print orders. You may also transfer your booking to a different individual of your choosing to take your place on the workshop.

Travel and Equipment Insurance

It is your responsibility to obtain your own travel insurance so that you are covered for any losses in the event that you have to cancel your trip. You should also purchase insurance to cover valuables and camera equipment. Fototripper will not be held responsible for any damage to your belongings or for any injuries to your person. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers you for any medical costs.

Balance of Payment

The balance for the cost of your workshop will be due no less than 90 days before the workshop commences. If you prefer, you can pay your balance sooner or even in installments. Contact us directly to arrange installments.
